When can I transfer servers?

NC opened the first server transfer window after the weekly maintenance on October 13 (PDT) / October 14 (CEST), 2026. It runs in two weeks:

You cannot apply at any time of day. Each region has two daily windows:

After October 25 Europe switches to CET, so the CEST times above shift by one hour in local time. NC made small changes to the first-day times; always check the official notice.

How much does a transfer cost?

Example from NC: if you move 6 characters and the target server has only 4 free slots, you pay 2,000 Quna for 2 extra slots.

What are the rules?

• Same region and same faction only.
• One transfer per account for the whole period, from one server to one server.
• No limit on how many characters you move in that one transfer.
• Early Access servers transfer only to Early Access servers.

Character requirements

Before the purchase button activates, each character must:

• be Lv. 10 or higher;
• stand in a village (not in the Abyss, a Spacetime Rift or a dungeon);
• have no Legion and no pending Legion application;
• have no active Duty.

Your account must also have nothing unclaimed: no active or unsold Market listings, no unclaimed Market proceeds, no items left in Shop Storage (including Founder’s Pack items), and no unread mail on the character.

Why can a transfer close early?

Every server has a cap on transfers in and out. NC refreshes the available count every hour on the hour. If a source or target server hits its cap, you must wait for the next round. NC also warned that a server with too many requests may close transfers in and out permanently.

What carries over?

Before you transfer: checklist

1. Check the hours for your region.
2. Leave your Legion and finish or drop Duties.
3. Collect Market sales, Shop Storage items and mail.
4. Move the character to a village.
5. Count free slots on the target server.
