How does the Market work?
- The Market opens at Lv. 45; a membership does not skip this — [Community ×2].
- Bound items cannot be listed — [Single source].
- Fee: about 8% per sale plus a registration fee — [Single source].
- Low-trust accounts may not use some Market features — [Single source].
- Since Oct 14: listing gathered materials is restricted based on gameplay history — [Official].
- Disputed: one source says free players can list but not buy; three say non-members cannot sell.
How does the Kina–Quna exchange work?
Members turn Kina into Kina Chests (through Substance Morph) and list them. Buyers pay with Quna. Prices are set by players, not by NC — [Community ×3].
In plain words: paying players can buy Kina from other players with Quna, and players who farm Kina can get Quna — but only with a membership.

We mark the current status as disabled, per the latest reports. We will update this when NC changes it.
